About Kevin Monette!Kevin Monette epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work and creative service in every detail of your Real Estate transaction.  Kevin has been in sales for the past 18 years and has been in Real Estate for the past 10 years.  Prior to Real Estate, Kevin was a small business owner in the Life Insurance industry and traveled the US to hire, train, motivate and monitor sale's agents, while also negotiating leases for new agencies.  Kevin also served 12 years in the US Army and was medically discharged.  This service to the Armed Services offered Kevin the personal knowledge of what it is like to move as a military member with his family.Why is Kevin Monette different?  By leveraging his experience as a small business owner and military service, Kevin is known for his outstanding client service, 24/7 availability, high tech marketing techniques, personal touches, leadership and his skills as a negotiator with his client's best interest at heart.  Kevin believes that it is not only his duty to represent his clients to the best of his ability, but to also educate them throughout every step of the process, armed with top notch information and market insights, so that his clients make the best decision possible.  Kevin is honest, sometimes telling his clients things they might not want to hear.  Kevin however is extremely knowledgeable about the local Real Estate market in the Hampton Roads.  Area's Kevin specializes in are Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Suffolk, Portsmouth, New Port News and Hampton.Kevin believes in giving back!  Kevin is a firm believer in giving back.  He is an active member in his church and serves as the Captain for the evening service hospitality team.  Kevin also is involved with different ministries the church conducts such as: serve the city, divorce care ministry, and small group discussions.  Kevin's Free Time?  Kevin is a family man with a devotion to God, his beautiful wife, children and grandchildren.  Kevin enjoys anything to do with the water such as:  swimming, kayaking, boating, fishing and camping by the water to name a few.  Kevin and his wife love to be in the woods hiking through mountains and exploring the wildlife.  It is such a joy to them both.  Kevin also enjoys traveling, meeting new people and seeing new things.  Kevin has traveled a lot of the world but continues to have a bucket list of new places he plans to visit.
